The service call fee
A service call fee of $90+ HST is charged to cover expenses associated with each service call, including initial examination, diagnosis, written estimate of repair with parts & labor, travel expenses, travel time, service vehicle expenses, and labor expenses. The service call fee is non-refundable.
We offer parts and labor warranty on all of our completed repairs.
We take the protection of your privacy and safeguarding the personal information you have entrusted to us seriously. Your personal data will not be used for any purpose unintended by you and will not fall into the hands of a third party.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24-hours notice prior to the appointment to avoid being charged. For the same-day appointment, the minimum cancellation time is 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Otherwise, the service call fee applies.
Discount coupons are applicable to repair fees and must be provided in a printed form prior to the repair. Coupons that are not mentioned prior to the repair are not valid.
By booking an appointment, you hereby acknowledge and agree that you have read, fully understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service published on this website, and accept full liability for all resulting charges.
